I have never had a cigarette and I am certainly not planning to change this anytime soon. However, I am not one of those people who view smokers as a lower species either! A lot of my friends happen to enjoy a cigarette and, to be completely honest, I find myself feeling quite sorry for them. No, no, no; I don’t mean that in some condescending ‘the poor things are hopelessly addicted to tobacco’ kind of way. I mean that I feel bad about the manner in which they are treated.

Smokers have long been frowned upon, but these days it is all far, far worse. In fact, I’d go as far as saying that they are made to feel like social pariahs. They can no longer smoke in pubs and cafes or any other ‘public place’. Don’t get me wrong; it isn’t right to have fag smoke everywhere you go, but surely there ought to be some sort of compromise with this???<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Let’s be honest here; since the national smoking ban came into place in England, smokers have been made to feel pretty bad about themselves. And is this really fair? After all, whenever they get the urge to ‘spark up'in the winter months, they no longer have anywhere warm or dry to go. As far as I am concerned, this it is almost encroaching on their basic human rights. They aren’t even allowed to have a fag in a bus stop if it has more than two sides for goodness sake (and take note; most bus stops do not have more than two sides!).<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

It’s all gone a little bit too far in my opinion. I mean, will we really require the services of ‘ office cleaning London ‘ if a smoker lights up in a hospital car park or outside a shopping mall??

Ok….today I am going to let it rip to all the women in the world who cheat, I was just talking to my mate on video chat and he has recently been heartbroken by a she devil, so this is dedicated to him…

Women who cheat should be exposed for who they are and not get away with it. It is all too common these days for men to get a bad name for cheating on their partners, but I would say it was unfair to single men or women out for this. Women who cheat are just as bad as men who cheat, and both are deplorable in my opinion.

There should be no place in society where people think that it is ok to go around doing this, and people should be doing more to stop it. If any of my friends are up to such activities, I will tell them straight out that it is wrong and needs to be put to an end. This is one of the main reasons that we have the highest rates of divorce in history; people think that it is normal to cheat and have what they want.

I think that a man or woman who has a relationship with a married man or woman is also in the wrong. They know that the other person is married and therefore should not be interfering. Of my seven close friends, four of them have been the victims of women who cheat. Each case has been under different circumstances, but equally hurtful.

Three have been men whose wives and girlfriends have been caught sneaking around behind their backs with another man, and the other was a woman whose husband was stolen from her by another woman. I cannot understand why it seems such common place today for people to cheat on each other. If you look at our grandparents age group, the rates of divorce were tiny compared with today. I would tend to blame the attitudes of many women in today’s world who seem to think it ok to get what they want when they want. If this is someone else’s husband or a toy boy then so be it. Also men’s attitudes today seem to be of a similar ilk, whereby they think that what she doesn’t know can’t hurt her.

I dread to think what the situation will be like when I am a grandfather. Will marriage still exist or will it be a case of everyone does as they please regardless of common decency? These may seem like extreme views but I am simply worried about the state of people’s relationships today. I don’t want to be worried every time my wife leaves the house, that some guy is going to be trying to hit on her, or to think that every time I go out, my wife is spending the night sleeplessly worrying about what I’m up to. Marriage is meant to be about love and trust, and it seems like with so many people willing to give up on that for a one night stand, that without reminding ourselves of our values, it will soon be forgotten about. The world will be a better place when women that see a man out in a bar with a wedding ring on don’t go over to chat them up; and the same goes for men.

It is a sad and painful truth of our lives today that we expect computers to make our lives better just because we are not prepared to put in the extra effort required. Companies spend millions of dollars purchasing customer data management software applications and spend even more money employing people to take care of these activities. However, the top management never bothers to interact directly with it valuable customers.

There are multiple layers between the customer and the management. The end result is that the various customer software applications simply point towards one thing - lack of customer satisfaction.

So, how to overcome this problem? Well, I started thinking about the role of customer management and fancy software applications when I observed the bartender of my favorite pub catering to his customers. He makes it a point to have a conversation with each and every customer irrespective of whether the customer is a first timer or an old one.

Further, he makes it a point to discuss the drink that the customer wants. If you order Scotch, chances are high that he will say something about the benefits of drinking Scotch whiskey and how it is better than the best whiskey and. If you order a bloody Mary, he would probably have an off the cuff remark about it as well.

He might even say something funny like his wife’s name is Mary just to make you laugh. Not surprisingly, his pub is very popular and it is practically impossible to find a seat during rush hours. The funny thing is that the corporations do not understand the small lessons that the owner of a pub has understood. There is no doubt that such software applications are helpful. However, they will not help if you ignore the basics of customer satisfaction and management.

So I recently caught one of the shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and it was the comedy of Tom Rosenthal. Now Tom Rosenthal, I found out, is a renowned British comedian and actor who have captivated a wide range of audience through his shows. At the festival the comedian’s debut was a show called Child of Privilege and it mixes a sort of nerdy logic within the comedy of jokes.

The show kicks off with a butler who first welcomes the audience and separates them into two parts, must-haves and have-nots with the help of a rope made of velvet. Being the son of Jim- a TV sports reporter he begins by discussing the various privileges enjoyed by him as well as the audience in a provoking manner. The 23 year old actor does not refrain from including a lot of clever gags and is not afraid to make a cocksure of him to make it even more humorous.

In the show tom touches on a number of current on your lips topics such as Pimp my ride and activism on Facebook. He uses a lot of gimmicks to deliver his message.

The entire show is full of energy and is precociously smartly laid. The show also makes a rather witty remark about Andy Murray and then even goes on to mention the 72 virgins in Islamic Paradise. The show ends with an insurrection from the butler Leonard who suggests that when well-off people start preaching people about classlessness then the only way to judge them is by their very own actions, not mere words. However, in the end it does seem that Rosenthal could probably have done better than he had demonstrated in the show. More shall be expected in the next show. All in all Rosenthal is likely to become the Doug Hyde of the fringe comedy scene.

I cannot help saying that I quite regret the good old days when British cinema was full of great titles and the British film art was actually prosperous. We all know the titles of such movies and definitely money was available to the British film makers - they made Britain quite famous around the world and definitely made us all proud of being Brits because half of the civilized world was taking example from our films. But what has happened now I cannot understand. Where did that film creativity go and what happened to the good old days when we used to visit the cinema twice a month enjoying a perfect British film?

I do not really know if the roof of the British film making industry is leaking and some roofers would be willing to repair it - it might be simply some lack of creativity in the newer generation of film makers. However, I do doubt that as I have seen the ideas and the progress of some British screen writers who simply went to Hollywood to get their voices heard. The truth, according to me, is hidden behind the economic conditions of the country - less and less money is given for culture and art in the UK, most of the money is given to some ’modern'art influences that we all cannot really understand.

And as for the cinema industry - it is in complete decay - the last good British movie I saw is about that old guy called Brown who brought justice to the streets of London. However, other than that I am afraid to even mention some of the newer titles - ’Blitz'was an absolute waste of money and good actors such as Jason Stathem, and ’The Veteran'was the most ridiculous movie ever put on the screen. I just wonder when will we actually see a good British movie, with the quality and the scale of out Hollywood movie competitors.

People talk about how they want to travel the world. To see all their friends every Friday night. To do incredible, amazing, fantastic things and experience everything that life has to offer. I say give me a three piece suit , a decent business meeting, a cup of tea with my flat-mate at home, then an evening with my girlfriend followed by a good breakfast the following morning. Sometimes it’s about the small things in life.

Here are a few of my absolutely favourite small things:

1) A great cup of tea: most cups of tea are average. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with them, but they’re not going to stick in your mind for any length of time. But then there are cups of tea which are nothing less than magnificent. Tea which, for some bizarre reason, is just…magic. You wouldn’t want to have one of these beauties every day, of course – that’d be tragic. No, the point is that you need to drink them – to experience them – only every so often. That way they end up being extra special and having a place in your heart for all time.

it might be finding £5 in your jeans after the wash and it’s still in one piece

 2) Bumping into a friend on the street and going for an impromptu drink: this is wonderful stuff indeed. I always like that. It’s great for 2 main reasons and a load of smaller ones. 1) life is best when lived without knowing what’ll happen next, as surprise is the key to all things exciting and 2) sometimes it jolts you out of your current bad mood and takes you off to another place. We all need this from time to time, truth be told.

3) The small moments: it could be an email from a total stranger saying how they enjoyed your blog – incredible – or it might be finding £5 in your jeans after the wash and it’s still in one piece. The small moments don’t necessarily have to be standout amazing in their own right, but trust me, you get enough of them and after a while they do add up!

Quite a few article marketing ideas focus on the main point. This is, they are mainly meant to generate high quality back links for an internet site like Rowan dartington, as an example . This approach however is not the preferred viewpoint to possess. Apart from boosting the PR of a website, articles submitted to article directories should also function as an appealing hook. By doing this, you receive so much more from content that you place online.

The very first tip for that reason is to produce the type of content your readers find useful as well as pertinent. Quite simply, the reader needs to grab points from it that they’ll be able to apply to resolve their issues or to produce a better life. This can be the best hook which you could put out simply because normal people just need good, strong info.

Another piece of advice that you ought to take in regards to writing content is, without a doubt, that it should be audience friendly. Even though you are writing for the audience with mid specialized skills, applying too many specialized phrases can always be a turn off. Probably the most important article marketing idea is most certainly to develop written text that is both conversational and can connect to your readers on a private level.

An additional way to get visitors to read through your whole article is to be as precise as you possibly can. When pertaining to SEO, staying specific means trying to find and make us of key phrases that actual visitors looking for remedies might use in search engines like Google. For optimization purposes, this can be a good way to inform the index robots that you’ve got pertinent, precise content. Other than optimization, this advice is also your way of informing your audience that you are there to give them precise and correct information.

The title relates to the sense of - how much milk and sugar in your tea, how much petrol in the car? In the same sense, how many gadgets in our lives. The usual scene on the tube to central London is as follows - crowded at the stops closer to central London, people reading books, listening to music, eating their sandwiches, playing on their phones, iPad, laptops, sleeping, talking to themselves. Its hard to look directly into the eyes of the person sitting next to you and even share and simple smile and ask them how they are or where they work. People just keep to themselves, and do as their told, hence buy more iPods and keep to themselves.
You might just jog along another person, both of you in running clothes, exchanging a thumbs up is also something that you’ll think about twice - hope she/he doesn’t get the wrong message. To some extent, that’s ridiculous. It’s still better here, people atleast talk. In India, people don’t bother at all. Conversations like this just end up with ’what’s your business?’. Too many gadgets have crowded our lives hence we prefer to sit and home, play with out gadgets and comprise a great evening your mates.
Couple of pieces are missing, kids at the age of 12 getting cellphones and from their on, they move on to their own ways of living, completely forgetting about family and constantly staying out spending money on clothes, alcohol, cigarettes and more gadgets - seriously- we all need a life, including me.

I was moving some things into a self storage unit recently when I found myself with one of those persistent headaches. I am not a fan of taking pills so I did not know what to do. I usually suffer the pain until it goes away, but this one was different. I search for a good non prescription remedy and found the following. Hope it helps you in the future.

A toothache can be caused by dental cavities, inflamed gum, broken tooth, to name a few.

Clove oil is very good for healing toothaches. If applied undiluted, it can cause burns. So dilute it with olive oil, dip a piece of cotton in it, and press it on to the painful area.

Like clove oil, peppermint extract too can be helpful in relieving toothaches. This one does not have to be diluted. Dip a piece of cotton in it and apply it to the tooth. You may bite down on the cotton for some time for better relief.

If the pain is due to a gum infection, then a lukewarm saline or mouthwash gargles can help. Gargling a warm solution of boiled ginger also works, as ginger has antibacterial properties.

Another herbal remedy is to use the freshly dug up roots of the plant Echinacea. Chewing on the leaves of plantain with a little salt also helps to relieve toothache.

If the pain is due to a broken tooth, then you would need to see a dentist. Also, if the pain does not subside after one or two days, then you might need professional help. </SPA
